I have been in the alternative wellness industry for over 15 years, initially based in Manhattan, NYC. Post pandemic, I relocated to Rhinebeck in the Hudson Valley and now see clients in both locations.

 

I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, then spent many years in Germany and the United Kingdom, before finally settling in the US.

 

I began in this industry first as a medical massage therapist, then esthetician, both licensed in the State of New York. This includes a National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, as well as an International iTEC certification in Beauty and Facial Electrical Treatments. Over the years I have completed further advanced studies across a broad spectrum of integrated therapies, outlined in the therapies section of this website.

 

Most recently, I became a Reiki Master, including Angelic healing, using the Mystical Angels practice and TNT method (Dr. T). Currently these intuitive, Divine intelligence practices are not officially listed on my service menu, however for those who are receptive and wanting an additional healing experience, with your permission I incorporate them into my sessions.

My healing arts journey began in medical massage for the full body, I then became more and more aware of the profound effects that resulted from focused work on the upper body, neck, face, jaw and cranium. I realized that by balancing these areas, it is possible to achieve a release for the entire body, with benefits extending far beyond the local work. For a broader, holistic and cross-sectional approach, I then subsequently incorporated slower aging, breath work, energetic and sound healing therapies into my practice, resulting in a truly unique and therapeutic experience.
