Highly Customized Healing Sessions
Therapy Preparation
Before receiving certain head, neck and face therapies, it may be necessary to first reduce stagnation and tension in the upper back, shoulders, décolleté and arms. Therefore upper body services are offered as foundational support to these other specialized facial treatments.
Skincare Approach
All facial therapies include skin care basics to remove outside pollution, make-up and impurities, as well as provide skin protection for rest of day. Specialized skincare is available for enhanced results when needed. Education in skin anatomy & function is offered. This will help you make informed decisions about what products make sense for your home care routine, based on your specific skin situation, the science, your lifestyle and budget. In order to offer non-profited and unbiased recommendations, I am not aligned with a specific brand partner. Instead a range of high-quality, carefully curated products are incorporated, ensuring a luxury and functional experience throughout.
Visual Guideline
Shaded diagrams are a visual guide only. Often it is necessary to work beyond the local area of discomfort. The number of sessions required usually depends on overall goals and the body's ability to release and relearn.

Pure Therapy
Foundational Prep
Upper Back, Décolleté, Neck, Arms
Reduces stagnation and tension as a prequel for future head, neck and face therapies. A clearing of physical and energetic channels for optimal free flow.
Face, neck and cranium can hold emotional and physical trauma in their tissues and along energetic pathways. When these toxins, waste and surplus energies are released, they can become backed up and escape in other ways (e.g. headaches). By first reducing tension and stagnation below, they exit more freely through the circulatory and lymph systems.
Techniques may include relaxation massage, myofascial release, air cupping, warm bamboo massage and thai stretching.
Spot Focus
Décolleté, Neck, Face & Cranium Checkup
Finding equilibrium and balance. Incorporates a mixture of techniques decided upon during the session.
New Clients - Treating chronic areas, while also sampling a variety of techniques.
Recommended for new clients who want to experience the work but unsure of what to ask for. Likely not yet at maintenance level, it is a very targeted approach, with focus on releasing chronic areas in the body's own time. Total ground covered depends on level of tension and ability to release.
Regular Clients - An all rounded rebalancing of the entire upper area.
A popular treatment with regular clients who know my work and prefer me to take the lead on finding their areas of discomfort, tension, stagnation, congestion and other stresses. It is usually part of a follow up maintenance program, after previously having worked through chronic stresses. Therefore more ground is covered than with newer clients.

Surgery Support
Facial Contouring Pre & Post Surgery
Pre-Surgery - A slow moving, comfortable treatment with little to no oil, it addresses fascial restrictions, softens and rehydrates connective tissue to release muscular tightness. Makes surgical procedure easier and decreases the risk of complications. It also relaxes the nervous system to ease operation anxiety. There is no discomfort or soreness during or after.
Post-Surgery - Speeds up recovery time. Softens scars. Reduces pain and any twist or drag-like effect that scars can put on adjacent tissue, which can distort the overall appearance after surgery.
