Overview
Read through the below and when you are ready to make an appointment, email or text me with your preferred day, and time of day - i.e. mornings, early or late afternoons, or early evenings. I will then come back to you with some options. I respond via email within 24 - 48 hours and via text a lot quicker. Note that appointments are on a first come - first serve basis, so if you take awhile to respond, proposed openings are not guaranteed to be available.

Weekend Booking Policy
In order to offer appointments seven days a week, while also preserving essential personal time, I have a few scheduling stipulations.
​
Weekend appointments may tentatively be booked in advance; however, they are only confirmed within one week of the appointment date (i.e., the weekend before).
​
This allows me to finalize my personal schedule, while also ensuring mutual commitment and minimizing last-minute changes that can significantly impact weekend planning. When I reach out during that one-week window, I will confirm the appointment from my end and ask for your reconfirmation before it is fully secured.

Mon to Wed:

Gratuity is not expected - this is a flat rate.

Appointment Reminders
A reminder text is sent a day before.
Note
This is an opportunity for both therapist and client to signal they remember the upcoming appointment. When you receive your text reminder, in turn I would be grateful if you could acknowledge receipt.

Unwashed hair is usually preferable, as experience is better, though it is also possible to work around clean hair.

I will​ be removing all makeup, however if you prefer to keep eyeliner and/or mascara on, this would be fine.
Men

Either shave the morning of, or keep a minimum 3 day old beard (or longer) as 1 to 2 day growth is not ideal - techniques would be limited

A mini video will be included in your text reminder, showing house entrance, parking in driveway and pathway around to reception.
Reception

Address is residential, with a signed pathway around back of house that leads to reception, where I will meet you.

When snow is on ground, entrance will be via main front door.

In this instance, you will be notified in your reminder text.
Timing

Car journeys are difficult to time precisely, so give yourself a 20min arrival window to play with: 10min before to 10min after your appointment time.

The 90 minutes is all hands on, so if you are meeting someone afterwards, or being dropped off/picked up, allow extra time for a brief verbal intake, undressing/dressing, optional findings or next steps after your treatment, as well as answer any questions you may have.

So all in all, allow up to 2 hours for your first time.

there will be no monetary forfeit.

NOTE
​
If a client is repeatedly having to cancel or reschedule, I will advise that I am not the best therapist for them and will recommend we discontinue treatments. As a solo practitioner, with a no-work no-pay business model, I am unable to accommodate.
Credit cards are not held on file, so cancellation policy cannot be enforced - however future appointments will no longer be possible.
